3. The Issued Policy and Written Confirmation Control
The issued policy, declarations, endorsements, exclusions, carrier notices, and authorized written confirmations control if they differ from this site, a conversation, a summary, or educational material. A certificate of insurance, identification card, or proof document does not expand or change coverage.
4. Urgent Requests, Claims, and Payments
