The company
Argo was founded 30+ years ago and has been a family run business, formerly known as Argo Group, owned by Arnulfo Gonzalez Sr. It was then taken over by Arnulfo Gonzalez, son of the original owner, who kept the family business running, gave it a new life and renamed it Argo Texas Group in 2014. Since then the business has grown in presence in the Houston area and its surroundings.
At Argo Texas Group, we sell affordable car insurance, house insurance, commercial insurance, motorcycle insurance, and Mexico insurance. We also specialize in tax preparation & tax audits. Our clients benefit from a new way for shopping insurance services and tax preparation and we aim to change the typical way insurance is sold today by independent insurance agencies and agents. This is why we eliminated any agency fees and our agents don’t charge commissions.
